We are Braunvieh Cattle breeders raising quality replacement registered Braunvieh Bulls,heifers,and cows.BROKEN OAK RANCH is located in Guadalupe and Caldwell counties in South Central Texas. . We furnish our customers with the top genetics offered in the breed today combining phenotype and performance in one package. Our crew and management strive for repeat customers and will work with you to help get the best genetic package for your operation. Our cow herd is second to none with some of the best genetics and performance animals in the breed. We have successfully supplied cattle coast to coast in the United States. Our Braunvieh Bull battery is something that we have worked hard to put together. We do furnish semen on most of our Braunvieh bulls and have it priced for the commercial producer. We do have certificate fee’s on our bulls so that if a buyer wants to register the bull’s progeny only then is the cost of using our Braunvieh bulls increased to represent current registered bull prices. We are cattle people dealing with the same problems and costs that our customers deal with daily. We understand the importance of getting the absolute best value for the dollar spent and strive to provide animals that are good returns on our customer’s investments. We have replacement heifers, commercial herd sires, and registered herd sire replacements available. All of our Braunvieh heifer replacements are DNA profiled, gains tested at a reasonable rate of growth, pelvic measured, linear measured, ultra sounded, and have received all of their vaccinations according to our whole herd health program. We are currently checking all of our cattle for BVD and will have all done by the end of 2008, just one more step in insuring you get the best Braunvieh replacement animal available anywhere today. Our attitude is if the animal is not good enough for our herds then it is not good enough for our customers.
